Valmet Nove C leverages the time-tested, proven engineering of Valmet Consistency Sampler, the most widely used sampler type in the pulp industry. Valmet wastewater process samplers are guaranteed to deliver consistent results, requiring no maintenance over a decades-long lifespan.
The sampler has manual and pneumatic models which can be installed on metal and plastic pipes in over a dozen unique configurations. The samplers are suitable for all wastewater applications with municipal solids in the 0-15% range.
Accurate and safe sampling every time
Inaccurate and variable samples are among the most common sources of errors in process management. Thanks to its unique features, Valmet Nove C eliminates the variation typical of ball-valve samplers.
Valmet Nove C is designed specifically for wastewater applications and is the first manual sampler on the market with a high-performance cutting piston. A flushing feature eliminates clogging, while the cutting force of the built-in piston ensures operators get a reliable sample regardless of the solids in the process flow.
Manual and pneumatic sampling
Sample collection is safe and easy for both manual and pneumatic actuators. The manual actuation lever is very easy to operate, ensuring perfectly repeatable process samples regardless of who takes the sample.
The samplers use standard process coupling and can be equipped with an open/close detector. The detector automatically determines when a sample is taken and stores the result for later analysis or instrument calibration.
