2. Heartbeat Verification: Verify instruments without process interruption

Verifying sensors and transmitters of measuring equipment without interrupting device operation as well as production process with Total Test Coverage (TTC) up to more than 95%.

Verification can be performed directly on the display or via a wireless connection (wifi or bluetooth – depending on the product line).

Verification result can be saved in pdf format, convenient for storage and later retrieval. This process is third-party certified according to ISO 9001 standards.

3. Monitor and control changes in instruments health over time

Parameters controlled by Heartbeat technology – depending on communication protocol – will be transmitted to PLC/DCS/SCADA and important parameters can be monitored in real time to  predict instruments’ status, effectively support for plant predictive maintenance.
