We are looking for a candidate who will offer engineering solutions as well as superior technical support to our customers in the process pulp & paper, chemical, water & waste, mining & steel industry. By acting as the point of contact for our sales representatives and our customers, the incumbent must be a team player who facilitates the sales process and utilizes engineering knowledge and tools to successfully help our customers meet their operating objectives.

• Provide equipment sizing and selection of Control Valves and Field Instruments as well as technical support as per process requirements
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals based on customer requirements
• Make recommendations to customers as to which products to use on specific applications
• Effectively offer product alternatives for customers to meet their process requirements
• Up-selling products to customers to increase sales volume
• Act as a single point of contact for customers and sales representatives
• Ensure proper execution of an order from quotation to final shipment
• Gathering and maintaining competitive market intelligence
• Support sales team to meet monthly, quarterly & annual sales targets
• Develop and maintain project sales funnel and report the potential opportunities on a monthly basis
• Complete basic sales training covering the company’s products, services, and policies

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 02 years of experience in the automation/industrial sector
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Being a self-motivated, results-driven salesperson
• Project management skills
• Knowledge of valves, regulators, flow meters, and similar field instruments is an advantage
