JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Oversee the day to day running of external orders and enquiries received, including logging enquiries, updating, amending, managing entries to reflect current status.
- Make quotations as required.
- Make commercial contracts with suppliers or customers.
- Process orders received. Liaise with operations and logistics to ensure all orders are delivered on schedule.
- Manage products entering and leaving the warehouse.
- Provide sales support to external sales engineer.
- Ensure that products/service offering is maximised and optimized to existing customers.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Age: 25 – 45
- Bachelor’s Degree (Chinese Language, English Language, Electrical Engineer, Automation Control, Business Management, or related majors).
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in similar industry.
- Abilities in Chinese and English communication and writing skill (Dealing with Chinese/ foreign customers) are a must.
- Proficiency in office computer (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good organizational skill.
- Being meticulous, careful, precise to every job detail.
- Capability to work in groups.
- Skills of time management, analysis and problem solving.
- Understanding of automatic control, electrical engineering, or equivalent work experience is a plus.
- Skills of sales, connecting and approaching customers are an advantage.
