JOB DESCRIPTIONS
  • Meet or exceed financial targets of purchase orders, which contribute to divisional profit and growth objectives.
  • Comprehensive sales planning on both a territory and account basis.
  • Identify and develop relationships with the key decision makers, uncover new
  • business opportunities, recommend differentiated solutions, negotiate, and win the business.
  • Remain informed of products and services to perform sales activities more effectively. Consistently identify new business opportunities at existing and potential customers to ensure sustained profitable growth.
  • Grow and maintain high quality and potential funnels which are adequate to meet financial targets.
  • Maintain accurate CRM (Customer Relationship Management) records, including specific forecasts.
  • Conform to company regulations including commitments to business ethical manner.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Age: 25 – 40
  • Bachelor’s Degree (Chinese Language, English Language, Electrical Engineer, Automation Control, Business Management, or related majors).
  • Good communication in Chinese and English
  • 5+ years of direct sales experience to Engineering firms (EPC) and end user, or industry experience, preferably in a technology or process automation-oriented business.
  • 3+ years’ experience of executing solution selling methodologies in a matrix team environment.
  • 3+ years’ experience of expanding the existing account base.
  • 3+ years’ experience of CRM knowledge and using MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
  • 1+ year experience of dealing with industrial markets (Ex. Refining Oil, Gas, Metals & Mining, Chemicals, Pulp & Paper, Manufacturing, IoT) as a Sales Account Manager or Sales Account Executive.
  • Ability to quickly learn new technology and translate it into solutions that address customer needs.
  • Ability to create demands for solutions, position the company brand awareness in a highly differentiated manner.
  • Demonstrated understanding of pricing strategy.
  • Being a highly motivated team member with a mature, positive attitude and a passion for working with customers to drive our business.
