Valmet Microwave Consistency Measurement (Valmet MCA): Valmet MCA (0-16 Cs%) measures total consistency of the pulp process stream independent of fiber length, freeness, wood species or blend. The measurement is not affected by flow rate, brightness or color and enables better control for more efficient production, improved quality and economic savings.

Valmet Optical Consistency Measurement (Valmet OC): Valmet OC (0-12 Cs%) uses state-of-the-art technology with a new design, offering reliable measurement at all times. The Valmet OC is suitable for many fiber consistency installations. Different sensor versions provide wide applicability and measurement performance. The sensor family includes Valmet OC2R; an advanced version capable of measuring total and ash consistencies separately.

Valmet Blade Consistency Measurement (Valmet SP): Valmet SP (0,7-16 Cs%) offers reliable, accurate, and cost-efficient consistency measurement for all applications. It is an economic option with easy installation and low maintenance needs. Valmet SP is the most sold consistency sensor worldwide.

Valmet Optical Low Consistency Transmitter (Valmet LC): Valmet LC (0-2 Cs%) is an optical consistency transmitter based on the measurement of light polarization. Compared to traditional optical consistency measurements, the biggest advantage is that this technique is independent of pulp color and brightness variations.

Valmet Rotating Consistency Transmitter (Valmet Rotary): Valmet Rotary (1,5-16 Cs%) is a modular and cost-effective investment giving you a perfect package for plug-n- play results. You can build your own sensor to better match your needs with the many different modular options available. All critical parts are designed for high reliability and long life.

Valmet Consistency Samplers (Valmet Nove): Valmet Consistency Samplers enable reliable, representative and safe sampling. Laboratory samples taken by a sampler make calibration process more efficient and accurate. The two models available are Valmet Nove (screened, 0- 8%Cs) and Valmet Nove H (unscreened, (0-16%Cs) which cover all applications.
